Roberta Senter

Roberta Senter,  LCSW, joined Love146’s Survivor Care Team Program as a Long Term Social Worker in 2016. She provided direct services to youth and their families for four years and was promoted to Clinical Supervisor in 2020. For two years Roberta provided Rapid Responses to youth and provided leadership to the Long Term Services team through clinical supervision, overseeing a team of four social workers. Roberta began her current role as Senior Program Manager in 2023, overseeing all of Rapid Response and Long Term services. Roberta has over 15 years of experience working with at-risk youth in various capacities which also includes: working for the CT Department of Children and Families, serving as a full time missionary in Mexico and Costa Rica, and volunteering with local area ministries.
