Ezequiel Dominguez is a social worker with more than a decade of experience serving diverse communities across a range of settings. His recent work has focused on improving the detection of and response to labor exploitation and trafficking in the United States through applied research, direct service, program development, grant administration, public speaking, and policy advocacy. He is currently completing his dissertation at Arizona State University, Exploring Work and Resilience Among Latina/o Migrant Farmworkers in Arizona: A Qualitative Study.

A beginning-level introduction to labor trafficking, including key definitions, common signs, and trauma-informed, culturally-responsive approaches to identification and response.
Labor Trafficking 201:
An intermediate-level training that looks more closely at how exploitation develops and why workers may face challenges when seeking support.
Labor Trafficking 301:
An advanced-level training focused on ethical, community-based outreach, with attention to trust-building, partnership development, worker engagement, and access to resources.
