Nancy V. Gifford

Nancy Gifford is Chief of the Major Crimes and National Security Unit for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.  She has been an Assistant U.S. Attorney for more than fifteen years and prosecutes a variety of crimes, including child exploitation and human trafficking crimes. She is also the Project Safe Childhood Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.  The U.S. Department of Justice’s Project Safe Childhood Initiative is a nationwide initiative aimed at protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
