Tracy Miller is a Victim Services Advocate with the State of Connecticut of Office of Victim Services, serving the Tolland Judicial District and GA19. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the field of Victim Services. Prior to her current position, Tracy worked for The Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence as a Post-Conviction Victim Advocate, followed by taking on the role of Director of Post-Conviction Victim Services. The roles she has served have provided her with experience in both pre- and post-conviction victim services, providing comprehensive support to individuals navigating the justice system at every stage. In addition, Tracy stives to consistently strengthen collaboration between service providers and justice system partners, helping to improve outcomes and enhance continuity of care for victims. Tracy has been dedicated to advancing victim-centered practices, ensuring that survivors receive compassionate, trauma-informed care and access to critical resources.
